I am 36, the mother of 4, and as the family increased so has my weight. I am very motivated to start my fitness journey. While losing weight is optimal a healthy lifestyle is what I am truly after!

My baby turns 5 in July, and I am just now at my pre-kids weight, and looking better than I have in years. No gimmick here, just eating well and exercising. Feel free to add me.0
