As in, healthy alternatives to muffins, cookies, cake, that have the same sort of satisfaction factor, but without the chemicals and high refined sugar content. And no, I don't mean fruit and dark chocolate, those are not the same.
Lay it on, I know some of you must have good recipes, especially the Paleo crowd.

well i don't know if the "energy bites" i made using a recipe from the grocery delivery service I use qualify as healthy for you but here is the no-bake recipe:
1 cup rolled oats (I used quick cook)
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes (I toasted the flakes in a 450 degree oven for a few minutes)
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use low sodium)
1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheatgerm (I used Bob's Red Mill Organic Flaxseed Meal)
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Chill 30 min. Form into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate and consume in a couple of days (I may freeze half). Mine made 33 so maybe a little smaller than 1'in each.0 -
Get a pumpkin (canned will do) and mash it with cinnamon and stevia - serve it hot in winter, it tastes delicious. Tastes great with a dollop of melted butter on, too.
I have two ice cream recipes here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/900096-ice-cream-ice-cream
Also, I second the "chocolate avocado" ice cream - or, well, frozen mousse. Just mix an avocado with cocoa powder and a sweetener of your choice and maybe crush some chocolate in. On top of frozen bananas is heavenly.0 -
I've started baking biscotti using Natvia instead of sugar, and experimenting with different add-ins like nuts, cinnamon, ground ginger etc.0

3-2-1 Cake
Mix 1 box of Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix with 1 box of Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake Mix. (pour both into a zipper top bag and shake to mix thoroughly)
Measure out 3 tablespoons mix into a mug
Add 2 tablespoons water
Microwave 1 minute
you end up with a kind of spongy but very delicious cake for 133 calories per mix (actually 133.5 but MFP rounds it down)
You can add ANY other kind of cake mix so long as ONE of them is ANGEL FOOD. The angel food component is crucial.0
