Has anyone over 200 lbs done insanity? Was it difficult? Did you find it too hard to do with your weight?

Yes,
of course,
you just go as much as you can at your own pace.
If I could already do everything they do on the dvd, why would I need the dvd?0 -

Did you find yourself having to moderate a lot of the moves?0 -
No, I just can't work at the same rate as they do, or I can but slow down faster.
I've not done all of the workouts, but the only issue I can see so far is that not everyone can perform a full press up, so that will likely have to be modified.0 -
My partner is 5'5 and over 200 lbs when he started Insanity and is still going on week 5! It is a difficult workout no matter what you weigh (I am on week 8) You may need to modify as you feel fit but don't let that discourage you0

I was 224 when I did it the first time. There were some things I had to modify for a knee injury. I could not keep up with their pace and once I realized I wasn't expected to keep up at their pace but at my own, I did much better.
We are now doing a combo of Insnaity and Hip Hop Abs.
It is definitely a challenge but it is doable!!
Good luck!0
