Limited, what's the most effective exercise I can do?

I'm very limited in what I can do during the week. I work full time and don't take day time breaks (so can't exercise during the day) and go straight home after work to relieve my husband from looking after our 1 year old. We put the baby to bed, have dinner, and then my husband goes to bed as our son wakes up sometimes 8 or 9 times a night, so I can't leave the house since I am "on shift" from about 8pm to 1am. Early morning (4am - 7am) is the only time I get to sleep solidly all night, so getting up early to run (or whatever) before going to work is not an option.
My only window is in the evenings, it has to be inside, it has to be quiet (no burpees or jumping jacks) and I can't sweat buckets as I can't shower afterwards (the shower would wake him up).
Despite all the limitations, I want to do something because I am sick of being fat, and limiting to 1000 calories a day is HARD, and at 1300 the weight doesn't move at all. I'd much rather throw some exercise in.
So tonight I did crunches, push ups, bicep dips, lunges and planking for about 30 minutes. I'd welcome any suggestions on what else can I do that is quiet and effective given the limits I have!
(Oh, ETA we do long walks on the weekend, usually 5-7km each day which I am fine with, but I'd rather spend that time not busting my *kitten* on top of that if at all possible)
