Health food shops so expensive

Hi

I have been buying flax seeds, vits and suppliments from super markets or health food shops,
But itis so expensive any online suggestions or less expensive options from the uk.

    I tend to go to the smaller health food shops rather than the chains such as Holland and Barrett's, they seem to be a lot cheaper for dried fruit and things. Poundland were also selling dried fruit last week when I went in so that might be an option?
