Hi guys, I'm a 22 year old male from the UK, come across this forum after I started using the MFP app to count calories. From reading around it looks like I've not been doing everything right. The app shows me I am obviously not eating right, where previously I have also believed I was doing fine.
I want to lose around 30lbs. Does anyone have any help for me in terms of short term goals or how to go about this? I will be using the app to stay within calories, have already become more active by doing simple exercises at home. Will be starting more vigorous once I crack the diet.
Any help, motivation, would love some friends to chat to in order to keep going!
