Boiled Asparagus with dijon maple sauce.
1 cup chopped asparagus
about 1 T dijon mustard
about 1 T sugar-free maple syrup
Directions: Boil asparagus until tender. drain. in a bowl, mix maple syrup and mustard. (i added a little extra maple syrup b.c the mustard is very strong. you may also need to tweak the syrup/mustard ratio to your liking. test taste before continuing!) Add asparagus to bowl and mix until asparagus is coated with mustard/syrup mixture. So easy! Enjoy!
