Anyone doing Tae Bo? Questions....

Hey guys, I am new here. Just joined a gym a few weeks ago and have been taking the Tae Bo class 2 times a week. It kicks my butt! I am sore all over for a few days afterwards.

My question is, if I plan on doing Tae Bo 2x a week, what other workouts should I be doing with it? I assume it counts as my cardio... so do I still need weights? I usually run one day a week for 3 or 4 miles.

I guess I was thinking if my body is always sore afterwards, I don't need to do weights unless there is something specific I want to target.

Oh, and I could really use some friends here! :)

    I have not done Tae Bo since high school in 03' so I am not sure how popular itis now. I do something similiar though in the Tapout XT workouts. I see Tae Bo as mostly cardio so I would incorporate some strength training in the form of body work such as push ups, burpees, sit ups. Curls dips and squats would also be good. :-)
