Dr Oz 3 Day Cleanse...anyone done this?

I too am skeptical of these cleanses but am doing this with a friend. Initially looked at doing it exactly as they said but it cost way too much - much more than the $16 a day that they said. Substituting some pre mixed but all natural fruit and veggie drinks for many items.

I miss coffee and actually eating food Only one more day left...
