Hey, after 5 or so years of backsliding on eating and exercise I needed to stop this trend. I need to be there for my boys and set a good example. About 4 years ago I started this journey to a better me and weighed close to 230 lbs. If I recall my max weight was 228.something and now I am getting close to 200 but haven't broke into the hundreds yet. While this has taken me much longer than I had hoped I feel happy knowing I am traveling in the right direction. Since using MFP to track my foods I hate to see how manufacturers trap you with so much added sugars and sodium. I wish you all success on your journey and please remember that a goal has an end. Being healthy should not be a goal but a new lifestyle that never ends.
