Yoga

Though most of us don't considering Yoga as a way to burn calories, it is very beneficial for stretching and strengthening your core. I don't know how to add it. When I tried to search for it, I got no results; when I tried to add it, it stated already exists! Any comments, ideas, or advice out there?

    Its under stretching, hatha yoga in the cardio section.
