Need help deciphering sugar!

Hello all!

I have a question and would appreciate any insight on sugar! Currently, my recommended daily intake of sugar according to MFP is like 25 grams. I know that I should not get this obviously from soda (which I don't drink) or other refined sources, but what about fruit????

A clementine is 13 grams... grapes are like 16...

How is everyone getting in their recommended servings of fruit without going way over on their daily sugar allowance???

Also looking at this through like yogurt which is again NATURALLY high in sugar... how do you get your daily dairy?????

    Take your sugar from fruit and FORGET EVERYTHING ELSE!!

    I don't bother looking at it. It it's coming from a good source then don't threat over it at all, just keep doing what you're doing!
