Weight Loss but Inches gained?! what is going on

So this week I lost another 4 pounds but I gained 3 inches. That puts my total inches lost to 15.25. I know my TOM is just around the corner such as in days. But could there be another reason why? Any ideas? Please help

with TOM 3 days away it's almost assuredly bloat from that. Remeasure after your TOM has ended, I bet you'll see those 3 inches gone again and maybe they'll take some of their friends with 'em!
