People On Infomercials

So the other morning, I was at the gym using the treadmill & an infomercial was on for some dance/machine/you-name-it and one of the women who was using the product went from a size 18 to a 4. She was wearing a sports bra and shorts and looked very good - as in, it was obvious she worked hard.
Now, I can't help but think of saggy skin. She just didn't have any!
This leads me to my question - are these infomercials doing some mad air brushing (which seems extremely difficult because it's not a photo, but a video of them), or is it possible to lose a good amount of weight and not have a bad skin experience?
Of course this comes from my own personal fear of my skin. At 5'2", I've lost 50 pounds and desire another 50. And with my height, I could lose an additional 30 if I wanted to and still be considered healthy. AH the skin.
Thoughts and critiques are more than welcomed.
xoxo

Way back in another life, I worked out with a guy in a gym who had to quit working out and eat like a pig so that he could gain weight and then lose it again so he could pose for those before and after pics. No lose skin when you were only fat(ter) for a short while. Not saying that's the case with every person on those informercials but quite a few of them were already in great shape.
Take a look at this youtube video (h/t to binary pulsar)

haha I was totally going to post Furious Pete's video!
Some infomercials are crap, some aren't. If you look up Richard Neal, he's a big promoter of P90X and he isn't afraid to show off his saggy pics. You really just have to look at the fine print.
It is completely possible to drop the weight and not have saggy skin. The best way to do that is to take it healthy and slow. You need to give your skin a chance to rebound. No crash diets, no starving, and you should be fine0
