Feeling Discouraged

I'm not sure what's going on. I've been excercising consistantly for the past 3 weeks (almost 30-60 mins everyday). Lost no weight during the first few weeks, but maintained. Then I severely changed my eating about a week ago and am trying the 5:2 Fasting Diet, where I fast for 2 days a week (500 calories only) and eat "regularly" for the other 5 days (if you call 1210 calories regular).

I lost about 7lbs over 5 days and then gained 2 back yesterday. Sure, I know weight fluctuates and it's a small gain, but I don't have to like it. Probably just hear to complain which is not the best thing.
