Warm Turkey Wrap - 230 Calories
I was shopping at Wegmans yesterday when this idea dawned on me:
1 - Flatout Flatbread (Light Original - 100% Stoneground Whole Wheat)
1.25 Cups - Fresh Express (Fancy Greens - Curly Tango Blend with Crisp Romaine)
1 - Morning Star Farms (Grillers - California Turk'y)
4 - Cherry Tomatoes (Sliced in Halves)
2 Tbsp - Hidden Valley (Fat Free Ranch)
-Cook Turkey according to directions on the box.
-Layer ingredients in the order they are listed.
-Wrap tightly.
-Microwave for 1 minute.
-Enjoy!
*230 Calories
*8 Fat Grams
*19 Grams of Protein
*34 Carbs
*7 Grams of Sugar
*1,034 Grams of Sodium
The sodium and carbs may be a little high, depending on your diet, but I wanted to share anyway. It was a delicious and very filling lunch!
