From Richmond Hill Ontario and need help

Hi, I'm a women in my 30's and desperately trying to lose weight. I have been over weight my entire life and had lost 80 over 15 years ago. Ive since gained it all back and then some. I've done every diet in the book as i'm sure you all have.
So I decided NOT TO DIET!, but instead change my lifestyle... So I joinged MFP a month ago. My first week I lost 7 pounds and was so happy, in the last two weeks I haven't lost not even and ounce and am so frustrated and don't know why.
I even started juicing every morning and feel great with green veggies.
I am confused about the daily intake on the program and wondering if that is why im not losing weight now.. Ive never know to eat more carbs opposed to protein on any programs.
Please if anyone know what I may be doing wrong, I would really love the help and support..
