Ideas for injury?

Hi everyone! I have been doing great with my workouts every week! Until...... I hurt my shoulder. Had it checked out and it turns out I have developed Bercitis...(spelling??) Any ideas or suggestions of ways i can continue with my workouts or things I can do until I am healed? It is painful but has gotten much better with each day that passes! Thanks for your help!

    Bursitis. Have you tried Voltaren Emulgel. It is a topical antiinflammatory. You can buy it over the counter at Walmart, drug store and grocery stores. Good Luck

    Bursitis is an inflammation of one of the small fluid sacs that protect the tendons running around the shoulder. Unfortunately the only way to stop the irritation is to rest the area completely and allow the inflammation to subside. Take anti-inflammatories regularly too.
