I started just counting calories.
Then I started eating healthier too.
Now I'm trying to hit my macros.
My journal was pretty accurate January thru September of last year, but lately I have not been good about logging.
When I did log, I was hitting about 20% protein and 40% carb, 40% fat.
I just want to peruse some diaries for meal ideas that up the protein.
