Im from the UK and a friend recommended MyFitnessPal, Ive been here a week....addicted to this site already!! I wish I had found this website months ago.

I never thought about calories and fat etc....my eyes have been opened :noway: fantastic database to count calories and fat etc!!

But I need some friends to help with motivation esp the excerise part:frown: Got the 30day shred to make a start on xx
