Special K diet

I know there are a ton of threads on here about this, but I wanted to see if any of you have done it as a way to "jump start" your weight loss again - and then after the two weeks were up got right back on the normal balanced diet and kept any weight you lost off? I have gained and lost the same 3 pounds for the past two months now and I am getting discouraged - I walk an hour 4 days a week, do the 30 day shred EVERY day and stay within my calories and all I drink is water and I'm still not losing - so I thought maybe if I did the Special K diet for two weeks that might confuse my body up enough to help me get back on a "losing streak" lol

If you aren't losing switch up what you are doing. Eat more calories. Walk for longer or walk at a faster pace. Switch out 30DS and do a different exercise. You have to switch up what you are doing from time to time. Depending on how long it's been since you've lost weight it might help for you to bump your cals to maintance for a week and than drop down.
The special K diet is just something designed by Kelloggs to get people to buy their products. It won't jump start anything. I personally find their products lack the nutrients I can get from other foods for the same or less calories (sometimes slightly more cals). Their cereal is not filling, their protein shakes and all their bars are just loaded with processed garbage. They are ok now and again but I wouldn't rely on them for two meals a day.
If you want to confuse your body eat at maintace for a week than drop back down. Try taking a day off from exercise once a week. Change the exercise you are doing.0
