Are you ever NOT SORE when you work out regularly?

Or, that 'aware of a recently used muscle' feeling? Not necessarily SORE all the time, but it reminds you that it's been taxed... ?

I've only noticed this recently, since I've been trying to add minutes/speed to cardio, and more wait to the lifting/weight machines.

I always try to push myself and really the soreness is more about tightness anymore. Though, on some bigger increases I still get sore.

You eventually get used to it. But yes, when you're trying new excercises, or lifting heavier than usual, you're going to hurt for a while.
Anytime I try a new movement, I'm usually pretty sore for a few days

THis is true, but the stuff I do all the time rarely makes me sore.

I have the same experience - new exercises make me sore and heaver weights also (but not as much as doing something new). It is my understanding that this is normal.

If you've only been lifting for like a month or less it's common. After that your body adjusts to it and you stop getting sore.
