Body Revolution schedule by Jillian Michael?

Hi There;

I really want to start the body revolution by Jillian Michael however I do not have a DVD player so I am going to try and download the workout videos but does anyone have a copy of the schedule ???

    Okay! I got it typed up! Jillian includes a 7 Day Kickstart your metabolism schedule too so I will write that up as well for you. =]
    She starts everything out on a Monday so I will do it that way here too. Also I know there is a lot of repetitive stuff but I wanted to give it to you the way she has it listed in the book. If this is too much to handle in text you can message me your email and I can scan them and send them to your email. Hope this helps!

    I don't think you can download it from anywhere. In the kit it includes a booklet that gives you all the scheduling for the workouts. I just typed it all up from my booklet.

    Thanks for posting this schedule!! I am also downloading the Body Revolution and was concerned I wouldn't find the right schedule.
