I am a wee bit frustrated with this site because I cannot seem to add my weight training to get a real tracking for my training. Any tips?
Anyway, I am a 40 year old woman who 5x a week does 20 minutes of cardio daily (run) and 40 minutes of weight training.
When I enter my food I am typically over on my proteins and under on most other areas, I do not get concerned because I need the proteins for training. What levels should I be at each day?
I have had a lot of success in loosing inches and weight loss doing what I am doing but I now food track and LOVE it!!!!

Read this, towards the ends it talks about how to calculate and customize your macros:

The CDC says women need 46 grams a day. Wow, that's lower than I ever expected. It doesn't say how much more, if any, protein intake weight lifters need. I'm confused now because articles on a bodybuilding site say to take in a lot more protein. (Maybe they're trying to sell more protein powder?)0

I shoot for one gram of protein per pound of lean body mass - about .8 x your weight in pounds.0
