Spring Break Challenge Starts 3/18/13

I need motivation!! Do you?? I would like to form a challenge to anyone wanting to push themselves to eat better, exercise more and see greater success. I was thinking of forming small groups with one captain for each group. Each week the team will have daily exercise challenges along with a group exercise challenge. In addition, points are awarded to teams that log in all food and stay under daily calories and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Here is an example:
Day 1: Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, exercise at least 20 minutes
Day 2: Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, do 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats, and 50 crunches
Day 3:Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, do 50 burpies, 50 sit ups and 50 20 minutes of cardio
Day 4:Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, do 100 jumping jacks
Day 5:Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, do 2 minutes of high knees, 2 minutes of butt kicks &50 crunches
Day 6:Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, exercise at least 20 minutes
Day 7:Stay under allotted calories, drink 8 glasses of water, exercise at least 20 minutes
Team Weekly Goal: Run/Walk 50 extra miles this week
Calorie Goal: 1 pt per day
Water Goal 1 pt per day
Exercise Daily Challenge: 1 pt per day
Weekly Challenge: 10 pts per group
