Almost complete

My workplace recently did their 5th round of the Biggest Loser and this time we did it as individuals. It ran from January 2 to March 1. I finished first and lost a total of 34lbs., 11% total loss. We are now doing a second round, this time round I'm working with a personal trainer in the gym next door to where I work. I'm trying to build mass and lose body fat. It is hard especialy when you look at the scale each week but I'm losing inches around my waist and gaining muscle where it counts so I'm pleased. I encourage anyone trying to lose or build muscle to keep it up, this is probably one of the best choices I've made in my life. I'm eating healthier, exercising regular, my family has begun to do the same and it is all round just making me feel good. Keep encouraging one another and enjoy the changes you'll expierence.
