Here's a short video of me doing week 7 day 2. If I can do this so can you. I started months ago and had to redo a few days. Its all about not giving up and pushing on. I would have never thought I would make it this far. I'm doing this on my treadmill this winter cause we have 4 feet of snow outside. As you can tell I'm not in my prime but I have come along way.
