How do I log in Jillian Michael's DVD workouts?

I can't figure it out.. I did a search on the topic but could not find anything. I would say it's part cardio but you are also lifting light weights the entire time (I did No More Trouble Zones). Any idea?

I logged as circuit training...no clue if that was right since i didn't have my heart rate monitor at the time.

I log it as circuit as well because you are doing a little of everything with no breaks in between.

So glad I wasn't the only one!

I log mine as circuit training. I recently got a heart rate monitor and the calories were a little low but pretty close to what my heart rate monitor said I was burning. Everyone's different of course...a heart rate monitor is the best way to know what you're burning!

Great, thanks guys! Circuit training it is!

Can you elaborate a bit on this? I'm new to logging in my exercise and have never used a monitor before. Thanks!

EDIT: Ok, thinking about it, you probably mean how many calories exactly.

Yes, sorry - a heart rate monitor (if you get the right kind) will tell you exactly how many calories you burned. I have one with a chest strap, it measures your heart rate while you exercise and combines with your individual info (you enter height, weight, gender) to calculate the exact calorie burn. It is only meant to be used during vigorous workouts when you sweat, it is less accurate if you just wear it around during your daily activities.

I bought one at Walmart for about $50, am pretty happy with it.
