    Hello ~ I was noticing the same thing - doing cardio like crazy, not using all my calories, but only seeing about 1/2 pound a week lost. I started paying attention to my sugars - fruits are really high in sugars. I realized I was consistantily going over with MFP suggested I have. I also made it a point to have 2 servings of dairy (cheese or yogurt) so I could get my 'sweet' fix without all the sugars. I still do 30 - 60 min exercise 5x a week, and cap my calories at 1300. This week I lost 2 pounds!

    Hey :) Im new to this but today I started my two a day work out plan! hope to lose 20 lbs in a month and half! Please Add me! I need help staying on top of it! Ive heard its better to lose weight with other people so I thought this would be the place to start!
