egg white omelette????

there are severel different calorie amounts for a 3 egg white omelette on the database!!:huh:
can any1 help? are they low or high?
i used 3 small eggs any info would b great ta x

    Egg whites are like 20 calories each.

    i would recommend just making your own food because you don't know what those omelets had in them.

    i did make my own for just the reasons you mentioned lol
    just unsure of how to count just the whites in my calories.

    I go by this rule... a whole large egg is 75 calories. 60 from the yolk and 15 from the white.

    I think the other person meant for you to create the meal entering the nutritional info yourself instead of using the entries that were in the database already, since you don't know exactly what went into making those omlettes,

    but i do have some idea of what to add now, and it was quite tasty for a first attempt :happy:

    I ordered out yesterday, my 1st egg white omelette (with cheese :( ) and was surprised by how tasty it was. I will be getting them exclusively when I decide to eat an omelette. Hardest part for me was passing on the toast, I love toast & butter with my omelette
