Meal Plans - Women's Nutrition

I've been researching lately, and have discovered there are too many opinions out there about food and nutrition - it's making me a little crazy. I'm having trouble digesting all of it and looking for some recommendations of some good websites that explain women's nutrition (sports) and perhaps provide some meal plan options.

Any suggestions?

    Just eat what you want and hit your macros and calorie goal. If you want a specific meal plan you can find some on bodybuilding.com

    Eat lots of veggies and protein, everything else in moderation.

    Oxygen magazine has been really helpful since I started. Chock full of nutrition info and exercise ideas. You can find meal plans in some of the issues but not all. They have a website (which is kind of sucky) www.oxygenmagazine.com

    Yep.

    Aim to hit your protein macro (or a goal of at least 0.8g per 1lb of lean mass) and your fat macro and then eat carbs as you'd like.
