Hi everyone, just looking for some help. I'm really confused as to why the carb are so high in my calorie counter as opposed to protien. Is this the best graph I should be using for weight loss, or should I change the formula?
I"m in my 30 and looking to lose a good amount of weight in a healhty way..
ANy help or suggestions would be so appreciated.
thank you

Are you referring to the pie chart with fat, protein and carbs?0

I double my protein. I think it is too low.0

you can go into your goals setting any manually (cuistom) change that... feel free to leave the calories at what MFP puts you at but change the carbs/proteins/fat numbers, I think it automatically sets you at 50% carbs, and 25 each of protein and fat, or 30 and 20? I can't remember.
I have mine set to 40/30/30 so that my protein is a bit higher and my carbs a bit lower.
to add: I still struggle to get enough protein and not eat too many carbs lol. dang carbs are so yummy!0
