I have a dilema, do I eat back the calories I burn by exercise or not? I didnt think I should, but when I dont and log my food, it tells me that I am eating to few calories. Anyone with any insight? Thanks a bunch in advance!

I think you just answered your own question.
That at the fact MFP actually says "you've EARNT x calories from exercise" when you log it.
The aim of the game os to create the optimum calorie deficit through diet and exercise. MFP automatically calculates your deficit just through diet when you enter your details - so if you then burn off more calories you should eat them back to keep that optimum calorie deficit.
The optimum calorie deficit ensures you keep your lean muscle mass - so the body you are left with when you lose weight looks and feels good. Not all limp and weak.0
