Hello. Need to lose a few and tone up

Hello. I'm Rachel. I need to lose 5 lbs and get toned up. I'm 5 ft and weight 124 to 125, depending on the scale that morning.Trying to fit in the gym and healthy eating but its difficult. I work full time, go to school part time, have two little girls and a husband. Add in the household duties and activities for the kids and I feel like the only me time I have is when I'm asleep.

I'm hoping you guys can help me find willpower to eat right and work out more. I seriously lack will power.
