    thank you sooooo much. It's funny, just last night my daughter, who is a vegetarian, and is feeling sick with a sore throat, was so upset because she is tired of eating the same thing every day so she can stick within the healthy food choices boundaries for her daily goals. I told her I would go on the computer today and see what I could find and then I forgot. I was just going to log off and thought I would check through the recipe section. You are a God send!

    I was vegetarian for 3 years, lost serious weight, loved it, then I got sick with pneumonia and I had meat in soups and I got the cravings again. Considering it again....... but doing pescatarian. I do love fish, seafood......
