54 Pounds Lost!

And they aren't coming back, darn it!

I've got another 20-30 pounds to go, but the light is at the end of the tunnel and I'm excited! Since July 2012 when I started, I went from a size 22/24 to a 14/16 now. GoalSkirt 3.0 is a size 12 which totally blows my f**king MIND.
I'm 5'8" and I run, lift heavy (currently a week into Stronglifts 5x5), have a part time job that keeps me running (today, quite literally!) and I eat TDEE minus 750 calories (the actual caloric number varies daily as I wear a FitBit) since I had a fair bit to loose. But, in about 10-15 pounds, I'm going to transition back to 500 calories under and then 250 under the last few pounds or so. I really don't watch my macros too terribly much. I just make sure I have enough protein and that I don't go too crazy with the carbs.
