homemade chicken and noodles or soup?

When entering homemade chicken and noodles in MFP, I cannot find it listed. When my Mom used to make them they were a creamy consistency. However, a friend brought ithis dish over and it is broth like with thick homemade noodles. Would this be considered more of a chicken noodle soup?

    If it is mainly noodles with a little broth, I would consider it noodles.
