Negative exercise?

I recently added my daily exercise /workout time but when I go on the home page it shows a negative sign plus the number, am I putting in the info right?

That means you have burned more calories than you eaten for the day so far. Have you logged your food for the day already?0

and yes i did update my food category before I did the exercise one o.O0 -
When you're looking at it, your calorie goal for the day is at the far left. Then there is the calories you've eaten (minus) the calories you burned through exercise (equals) your net calories for the day. It's working right.0
