21 day-60 minute workout challenge

Hello,

I like to change things up in my workouts. I get bored easily. So I like to come up with challenges. I'm challenging myself and YOU to workout for the next 21 days for 60 minutes EACH day.

Starting today:
I ran/walked 5.1 miles in 60 minutes on the treadmill. I varied the speeds anywhere from 4.0-6.5 mph to complete it. I was able to have a nice 8 minute cool down included in the 60 minutes. I burned 526 calories!
