Stared temptation in the face...

...and I almost caved! Sweet, evil fudge-y temptation my friends! I've been wheat/grain-free for two months and this was the first time that I had a MAJOR food craving . We're talking, almost diving into a full pan of homemade, sugar-free avocado fudge and eating every sweet bite. (Eeek!) I caught myself before it was too late, and threw that beckoning sweetness into the trash. I'm hoping this was a momentary, "I'm on Spring break and eating because I'm bored/ not as busy as I normally am".

Anyone else have any tips for overcoming momentary episodes of emotional eating? I have an open diary, and any thought/advice is appreciate. Thanks! :smile:
