am i eating enough calories??

im 5'4, female 240lbs. i have been working out 6 days a week for 1 1/2 hours. 30 mins of Zumna firtness, 30 mins of jilliam michaels body revolutiona dn 30 mins of sdtretch yoga?? jillan says to eat 1200 calories a day but i workout more than just her workout is that enough calories or do i need to eat more??

    You absolutely need to eat more than that if you are doing an hour and a half of work in. I Do imagine at your current weight you may modify many workouts but even then then that can't be enough. Try using the MFP apps to guage where you need to be. Some others can give more detailed info.

    With all due respect - 1200 calories is not enough for a 10-year-old, and definitely not enough for an extremely active adult female. I am 5'2", 125 pounds, and heavy lift for 3 hours a week. I eat 1650 on non-workout days and up to 2000 on workout days - and i think it needs to be higher.
