herbalife total control

Hey guys!

I've searched and read a lot of posts on herbalife and see that many of you have used their shakes and the entire herbalife system. I'm looking for opinions on just the herbalife total control. Has anyone used just this product alone? If so, what were the results if any?

    My mom used to be a representative, so I always had access to all of the products. (I actually still possess a whole bag full of Total Control and Snack Defense.)

    They both worked semi well at first, but then I guess my body started getting used to them, because I was no longer seeing much for results. I managed to lose a few pounds with little effort though.

    I did the pills only from Herbal magic years ago. Just another "quick fix" in my opinon. Did nothing for me.
    Eat Clean, Work out, 3500 Cal = 1pd
    Its a science not a pill :)

    I had a friend here who was doing Herbalife.

    She wasn't losing any weight, was getting pretty discouraged and ended up giving up. Haven't seen her in months.
