Home made Protein shakes/snacks (Gluten/Dairy/Egg)

Hi there,

I am looking for a high protein breakfast and have a gluten/dairy/egg white intolerance.

I have experimented with cooking chicken and eating fish at breakfast on occasion but I really need an alternative that I can make up fairly quickly.

I have used a protein shake which I find really helpful but would like to make my own shake from scratch. I can tolerate goats and sheep's milk as well as lactose free milks.''

Can anyone recommend some ideas? Drinks or home made snacks.

    What about pea protein or soy protein powder? Pea protein powder gives 36 of protein for 40 g. Same goes for the soy actually, pea is less calories, I have no idea what either tastes like sorry.
