What I mean by old school workouts is, Denise Austin, Gilad Janklowicz and Richard Simmons??
I love these work out gurus & looking for like minded people to compare notes, get advice and motivation!

    My sister loves Denise. She used to workout to her in the morning when she was on Lifetime. I think she says she has about 15 or so VHS tapes from recording the workouts on Lifetime. She lost weight doing that. Too bad there isn't an exercise channel for everyone that has basic cable.
