Jillian Michaels 30 day shred HELP

So I'm on day 7 level 1 still although I did do a day where I did level 2. I've done the whole 20 mins through and through. I noticed that I'm alot stronger than when I started but I also weighed 145 when I started .. Now for 2 days I weigh 150! Whats going on here? I'm eating healthy and I also don't eat too much (im not starving myself dont worry) to begin with and I drink nothing but water. I don't see any inches lost either. So what gives?

    It's water weight..when you exercise your body holds on to water to repair the muscles..panic not..drink lots of water and don't weigh more than once a week.
