Hello everyone,
I am ferdi been here for some time now but havent got any friends here, well one actually. :D
anyway i was looking for some friends. So I can learn from them. Diet wise or exercise wise.

And off course for the high fives!

I don't go to the gym. All my exercises I do are at home and all are body weight exercises.

anyway dont hesitate to add me i guess :)
