C25K translation for MFP???

Hello...
I am still pretty new to MFP...and I get that a LOT of what I have been doing is an ESTIMATION....I look forward to getting more precise...and making my goals.
So in the interst of clarity...
Is any one out there doing and/or have done C25K? and how do you translate that in this forum for excersise. Today for me was day 1...so I just said 45 min brisk pace...averaging it all out....not sure if that is a good way to go about it or not....

I create my own exercise and name it C25k Day [number], Week [number] so I can keep a track on it, and manually input the calories burned as I use a heart rate monitor. However, the C25k calorie burn estimation is a pretty close to the real thing!0

I'm doing on the treadmill so using the reading from that to create my own exercise on here, most people use a heart rate monitor to get exact (ish) readings. I have just started it love it0

I'm splitting it up so I enter for examle:
20 mins walking brisk pace
10 mins jogging slow pace0 -
