30 day shred by Jillian Michaels??

HI

Gonna be starting the DVD this morning.......help me!!!... but could u offer advice on how I put this in my exercise diary?? Can I put in the title etc in the database and it will find the level etc or am I being lazy by trying to do it that way?? :huh:

    I found the calorie burn for this dvd on another site and added to my database. Kind of a pain but i wanted a more accurate count for the burn.

    I would invest in a heart rate monitor. I never exercise without mine. I did the 30DS in January and got some pretty decent results I hope you achieve them as well. Good luck and don't give up no matter how hard it seems! It will get easier :)

    I logged as 20 minutes Circuit Training.

    Make sure that you take measurements at the beginning. My inch loss was much better than my scale loss!!

    I really should do it again!! Enjoy!

    I was told to log it as 20 minutes of circuit training, general.

    Yep, put it in as circuit training. And be ready for soreness...I'm about to do day 8 of Level 1, and I'm just now getting used to they way I feel. I'm not grunting like an old man every time I bend down, and that's a victory for me.

    Thanks for ur advice about the shred. Done it this mornin first day......it was a killer! :sick: There will be a Day Two I promise! From all your messages it sounds...and looks like it does work. You seem to have lost inches :happy: I will but it down to 20 mins circuit and took some measurements this morning
