Gonna be starting the DVD this morning.......help me!!!... but could u offer advice on how I put this in my exercise diary?? Can I put in the title etc in the database and it will find the level etc or am I being lazy by trying to do it that way?? :huh:

I found the calorie burn for this dvd on another site and added to my database. Kind of a pain but i wanted a more accurate count for the burn.0

I would invest in a heart rate monitor. I never exercise without mine. I did the 30DS in January and got some pretty decent results I hope you achieve them as well. Good luck and don't give up no matter how hard it seems! It will get easier

I logged as 20 minutes Circuit Training.
Make sure that you take measurements at the beginning. My inch loss was much better than my scale loss!!

Yep, put it in as circuit training. And be ready for soreness...I'm about to do day 8 of Level 1, and I'm just now getting used to they way I feel. I'm not grunting like an old man every time I bend down, and that's a victory for me.0

Thanks for ur advice about the shred. Done it this mornin first day......it was a killer! :sick: There will be a Day Two I promise! From all your messages it sounds...and looks like it does work. You seem to have lost inches :happy: I will but it down to 20 mins circuit and took some measurements this morning
