iM NEW TO MYFiTNESS....i LOST 100 POUNDS A FEW YEARS AGO N PUT iT BACK ON UNFORTUNATLY....SO iM BACK AT iT 20 DOWN SO FAR! iM MOTiVATED & KNOW THAT i CAN DO iT SiNCE iVE DONE iT BEFORE =)

    hey i know its hard but its like an addiction you have to work on it every day to keep it off and i know you well find the support u need here :drinker:

    GOOD FOR YOU!!! SOMETIMES IT GETS COMPLICATED BUT SINCE YOU ONE DAY SAY... I REALLY HAVE TO DO IT... THEN... AS YOU GO LOOSING FAT YOU GET MORE MOTIVATED....
    I HAVE ONE WEEK DOING THIS PLAN... I HAVE LOST ABOUT 3 KILOS..... AND I NEED TO LOOSE 13 MORE... SO I WILL BE WRITING TO KEEP IN TOUCH....
    I HAD A SURGERY AND I HAD TO QUIT EXERCISE BUT.... TIME MAKES WONDERS.... I AM FINALLY WALKING DAILY AND I FEEL WITH MORE ENERGY.
    WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WAS THAT I WAS NOT EATING ENOUGH FOOD... BUT NOW I AM LEARNING EVERYDAY... SO LETS STICK TO THE PLAN AND ENJOY LIFE.

  • Hi I'm new too and need friends !!! Training for a half marathon walk/run ...Now im just at the walk fast part and jogging very little. im great at the excerzise part , i need help at the eating ...i love to freaken eat !! :smile:
