Breast or Tenderloin

I am kinda confused on this one. Which is healthier Chicken Breast or Chicken Tenderloin ?

There isn't a significant difference, I don't think. They are both white meat chicken. I have a personal preference for tenderloins because they don't get stringy and tend to stay moister than breasts when they are cooked.0

The tenderloin is the little extra bit sometimes you get on the chicken breast, so I'd say they're exactly the same. Just make sure there's no skin
